Via Fiore is a premium flower shop based in Skopje, North Macedonia. Our services include the sale of floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorations for various occasions. By ordering through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are expressed in Macedonian Denars (MKD) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made upon delivery or via bank transfer by arrangement. Via Fiore reserves the right to refuse orders if products are unavailable or there are issues with delivery information.
3. Delivery
Delivery is made within Skopje and surrounding areas. Delivery time depends on product availability and location. Via Fiore is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient. For deliveries outside Skopje, please contact us for additional information.
4. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers), returns are not possible. If there is a problem with the quality of the delivered flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. Via Fiore will review each complaint individually and offer an appropriate solution.
5. Personal Data Protection
Via Fiore collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders and improving our services.
